What we do and how we do it

Our services

Window Washing

Window washing is our core service. We clean all types of residential windows—single-hung, double-hung, casement, picture, bay, bow, transom, and specialty shapes—using ammonia-free cleaning solutions and professional-grade squeegees, brushes, and pole tools. Before we clean the glass, we remove and wash the screens, then clean the tracks and frames. We often pre-rinse or lightly pressure wash the exterior glass to remove heavy buildup before finishing with a scrubber and squeegee. Your windows stay cleaner longer because the surrounding dirt that would migrate back onto the glass has been removed.

Pressure Washing

We take a different approach to pressure washing. Instead of blasting surfaces with maximum pressure—which can etch concrete, dislodge aggregate, pit stucco, and strip paint—we apply detergent first and let it break down dirt, grime, moss, and algae before using higher pressure. For heavily soiled areas, we soap three to five times before the pressure pass. The result is a surface that is as clean as possible without damage, protecting an investment you'd spend far more to repair.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Dirty solar panels lose efficiency. Pollen, dust, bird droppings, and tree debris accumulate on panel surfaces and reduce energy output—homeowners typically see 15% to 30% improvement after a thorough cleaning. We use a telescoping pole tool with a soft brush and detergent to gently scrub each panel. We never use a power washer on solar panels, since high-pressure water can void manufacturer warranties and damage panel components.

Gutter Cleaning

Clogged gutters lead to water damage, pest problems, and landscape erosion. We use a shop vacuum to remove leaves, dirt, branches, nails, and other debris from the gutters—a more thorough method than blowing, which scatters material onto your roof, house, and landscaping. For properties with heavy leaf and needle buildup, we recommend a gardener blow off the roof first before we arrive to vacuum all the gutters. We dispose of debris in garden waste, recycling, or garbage bins and can haul limited amounts away.
